Identify your water lines – Required by the EPA
Click here to fill out Online Survey
The EPA is requiring all Public Water Systems to identify all service lines by October 15, 2024. That includes the water line that is coming into your home or business (between the meter and the wall) and the water lines throughout your home or business. These are sometimes the same and sometimes different. The City of Cortland is asking for your help in identifying these lines. Click here for pictures and steps to take of how to identify your lines.
If you are not comfortable identifying this information for us, we would be more than happy to help. Just call 330-637-3011 and Christine will make an appointment to have someone from the Service Department stop out and identify your lines for you.
We greatly appreciate your help with this requirement. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call Kim Blasco, Service Director, at 330-637-4637.
