    Cortland City Council will hold a public hearing at 6:50 p.m. on Monday, December 16, 2024 at the City Administration Building, 400 N Hight St. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a zone change request for 0.2170 acres of land located behind 136 St Andrews in Walnut Run Estates Phase 2 from R-15 to R-12, Residential District.

 

  • West Main St Water Line Replacement Project
    Bids for the construction of this project were received at the Cortland Administration Offices, 400 N. High St. Cortland, OH 44410 through November 6, 2024, at 10:00 am local time. At that time the bids received were publicly opened and read.

  • SALE OF MUNICIPALLY OWNED PROPERTY
    Notice is hereby given that the City of Cortland will utilize internet auction for the sale of municipally owned personal property, which is not needed for public use, or is obsolete, or is deemed unfit for the use for which it was required. Items may include but are not limited to personal property such as motor vehicles, road machinery, equipment, tools and supplies, regardless of their value. Items to be disposed of will be posted on reputable on-line internet auction which are not limited to municibid.com, govdeals.com and ebay.com. The City’s webpage cityofcortland.org will provide a link to the site as well as announcements of available items, terms and conditions. Resolution R-04-24, passed January 2, 2024.
