Access your water/sewer account online to pay your bill online, view usage history and enroll in autopay as well as eBilling.  To set up an account, you will need a CID (Customer ID number) and account number. These numbers are on your new bill. If you would like to set up an account online before you get your next bill, please call the City at 330-637-3916.  We will be happy to give you your customer ID number and account number.
