RE-ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING

PLANNING, ZONING & BUILDING COMMISSION

January 13, 2014

 

            PRESENT:  Bill Sasse, Charles Peck, Jim Chubb, Sally Lane, and John Picuri

 

            Mayor Moll opened the re-organizational meeting at 6:50 p.m. after swearing in John Picuri.   The mayor then asked for nominations for Chairman.

 

                        NOMINATIONS:  Bill Sasse nominated by Charles Peck, seconded by Sally Lane.

 

                                    ALL AYES.

 

Bill Sasse appointed as Chairman

 

 

            Bill Sasse, Chairman asked for nominations for Vice Chairman.

 

                        NOMINATIONS:  Charles Peck, nominated by Sally Lane, seconded by James Chubb.

 

                                    ALL AYES,   (Charles Peck, abstained)

 

Charles Peck appointed as Vice-Chairman

 

            Bill Sasse, Chairman, asked for a motion to approve the Roberts Rule of Order.

 

                        Charles Peck made a motion for adoption of Roberts Rule of Order, seconded by

Sally Lane.

 

ALL AYES, Roberts Rule of Order adopted.

           

            Bill Sasse, Chairman, asked for nominations for Secretary.

 

            NOMINATIONS:  Terri Barnovsky, nominated by Charles Peck seconded by

                                                            Sally Lane.

 

                        ALL AYES, Terri Barnovsky appointed as Secretary

 

            Bill Sasse, Chairman, asked for a motion to have monthly meeting 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall.

           

            James Chubb made a motion to approve meeting date & time, seconded by Sally Lane.

 

ALL AYES, Motion passed

 

            Bill Sasse, Chairman, asked for a motion to adjourn the re-organizational meeting.

 

Sally Lane made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by James Chubb.
