Pearl Park

Continued discussion on restroom facilities at Pearl Park.  Rotary is currently looking at community projects and this may be one towards which they would like to make a contribution as matching funds.  The board will review some different plans at the December meeting.  Original plans drawn by Ed Jakubick had concession area but not sure if needed or if it will be utilized.  LOSA and LAC will also be contacted before December meeting.

Willow Park

Jerry Carleton requested some repairs and/or upgrades of the pickleball courts.  He shared some information from Mentor regarding pricing of poles and sleeves for the nets.  He would also like to see the courts resurfaced.

The board agreed that the current use is sufficient to state that these courts are 100% pickleball.  Work that will need to be done:  Fix sleeves, take out basketball hoops, obtain resurfacing quote (athletic type surface).

Also need to review lighting at Willow Park, replace swings in the spring.

Eastlake Park

Joint Committee still needs to meet to get info to Senator Cafaro for the state budget.

Other Issues:

As a follow-up to several discussions, it was decided that the 5 Year Plan will be reviewed at the December meeting.

Shane Mealy made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Frank Daugherty.  ALL AYES, MOTION APPROVED.
